Honghu BlueLight Electronic Co.,Ltd. was established in October 2001 through the restructuring of the former state-owned Honghu Transistor Factory into a private enterprise. It has been a professional fuse manufacturer for more than four decades, with thermal cutoffs and current fuses as its flagship products, boasting an annual production capacity of 1 billion units. The company is located in the picturesque urban area of Honghu City, just over 100 kilometers from the provincial capital, Wuhan. Its thermal cutoffs and current fuses have obtained product safety certifications such as UL, CUL, VDE, TUV, PSE, KC, CCC, and CQC, as well as ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification, and IATF16949:2016 automotive quality management system certification. The products are exported to markets in the Americas, Europe, Southeast Asia, and other regions, and the “Hongtian” brand thermal cutoffs and current fuses are highly trusted by customers.
The company participated in the revision of GB/T 9816.1-2013 “Thermal Fuses—Part 1: Requirements and Application Guidelines” and GB/T 9364.1-2015 “Small Fuses—Part 1: Definitions and General Requirements for Small Fuses,” organized by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Electrical Accessories. The low-melting-point alloy wire used in the company’s newly developed “environmentally friendly thermal fuse” product was granted a national invention patent in 2011. The company has established four branch offices nationwide—in Dongguan, Zhongshan, Changzhou, and Cixi—ensuring that its products and services are delivered directly to customers with zero distance, while bringing the warmth and integrity of Honghu to society.
