This thermal fuse is an alloy‑type, single‑use safety protection component rated at 15 A and 250 V / 300 V, with a rated temperature range covering 102 °C to 150 °C. When an abnormal condition occurs in a circuit or appliance, causing the ambient temperature to rise to the preset value, the internal temperature‑sensitive alloy wire begins to melt. Under the action of a special resin, the molten alloy rapidly separates, permanently interrupting the circuit. This thermal fuse features a compact size, sensitive temperature response, high operating accuracy, and stable, reliable performance.

EXPLANATION OF TERMS
Rated operating temperature (TF) |
Temperature of the thermal link which causes it to change its state of conductivity with a detection current up to 10 mA as the only load. The thermal fuse must blow within the range of +0/–10°C. |
Fusing-off temperature |
The fusing-off temperature is the value measured in the test oil bath, with the temperature increased steadily. with a rate of rise between 0.5 K/min and the detection current of 10 mA or less. |
Maintain temperature (Th) |
The maximum temperature at which a thermal-link will not cause a change in state of conductivity to open circuit. while conducting rated current for 168 hours or according to IEC60691. |
Maximum Limit Temperature (Tm) |
Temperature of the thermal-link stated by the manufacturer, up to which the mechanical and electrical properties Once the thermal link changes its state of conductivity, it will remain unaffected for a specified period. |
